We originally purchased the Pleno M3.0. The power was great but it was way too loud. We couldn't hear the TV while using it. It was just too much even when doing our neck and shoulders…the sound was too much to bear. We then asked to exchange for the M5.2 and we absolutely LOVE IT!!! Still lots of power but much less noise. We are able to use it and have a conversation at the same time. So happy we went with the 5.2. A little more expensive but 100% worth it!!!! The customer service was quick and very efficient! They care about their customer's happiness! Thank you!!!

This massager has been great to loosen my tight muscles, especially around my rotator cuff/shoulder areas. I highly recommend this unit to anyone who does physical type of work or any kind of exercise!

I've been using it to loosen tight muscles around the pinched nerves in my lower back and tight calves. I like the variable speed

I have only used it once but purchased it to get deep down into the knots in glutes. I also have tight calves and plan on using it to loosen the muscles as well. After the one use it definitely gets to the deep problem areas easily and more effectively than using a yoga ball. I will update after multiple uses. This is for the 3.0, not the 5.0.

I've been using the Pleno massager to loosen up my muscles before and after a session at the gym. I tend to get very tense due to heavy lifting but using this massager has been making my experience better at the gym. I can exert more energy and last longer than I have before.
